Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved the ideal location of the hotel, super close to all the attractions at Legends and with various dining options nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although there is a slightly unnerving smell lingering, close to perfect except for that. The service was impeccable, especially with quick responses over the phone by the manager. The only letdown was the dining experience, as the place reeked of smoke. Overall, a spot-on place with just a few minor tweaks needed.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were a definite highlight of our trip, being nice for the price. However, the room had a distinct smell, and the rate was a bit pricey, especially for a Race event at $351.99 a night without continental breakfast.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly equipped with a kitchenette and pots & pans, making it ideal for an extended stay. However, there were some aspects that left a lot to be desired. The service was a new experience for me as the staff greeted me by name after the first day, which was fantastic. Yet, there were some challenges, like a mix-up with the room assignment. The location was convenient for the event I attended and offered easy access to various dining options, although the immediate surroundings felt a bit stuffy. When it comes to dining, there were some issues with using points for booking and a smoke odor present. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was near key attractions like the Speedway and outlet mall, enhancing its overall appeal.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag with some great features and a few drawbacks. The convenient kitchenette in the room was a nice touch for extended stays, but the attached fixtures like the sink and bathtub left something to be desired. The service was top-notch with personalized greetings, yet there was an issue regarding the cleanliness of the dishwasher. The location was ideal for our event, close to dining options and shopping, though the initial approach to the hotel felt a bit stuffy. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers a mix of convenient amenities like kitchenette and pots & pans for extended stays, but a leaking dishwasher caused inconvenience. The service was mixed, with a lovely smell in the hotel and a great workout facility, but a disappointing response to room mix-ups. The location is close to dining options and attractions but a bit stuffy before entering the hotel. The dining experience had limitations, including not being able to use points for booking. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
My stay at this hotel was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the dining experience could use some improvement. The location is superb, right next to a famous outlet mall with plenty of dining options. The facilities were nice and convenient.
